Rosanne is the Managing Director at Pilz Industrial Automation (Australia and New Zealand subsidiaries) and is based in Melbourne. Rosanne is also non-executive director on the board of the Australian Packaging and Process Machinery Association (APPMA) and is on the Advisory Council to the German-Australian Chamber of Industry and Commerce. She has a proven track record in the major industry sectors such as mining, food & beverage, and energy, for over 26 years and has a unique understanding of Industry 4.0 and the digitalization of manufacturing. Starting out as a professional Chemical and Materials Engineer, she has successfully delivered industrial automation, digital transformation and AI-based solutions and industrial safety and environmental protection solutions, world-wide. Her affiliative leadership style underpins a deep understanding of talent management, and she has established and led Diversity and Inclusion initiatives within many organisations. Rosanne prides herself in the ability to set clear and actionable strategies linked to company vision and values that deliver profitable growth. She enjoys leading organisations where she can add value, particularly in relation to setting strategy and world-leading cost-effective digital transformations in safety, productivity and sustainability.
