Aleksander Lajovic is an Australian business leader, manufacturing executive, and community representative with extensive experience across international business operations, leadership, sales, and trade relations. With deep ties to both Australia and Slovenia, he has built strong professional networks across multiple countries and industries, while continuing a long-standing family manufacturing business established in 1958. 

His career reflects a progression from hands-on operational roles through to executive leadership, overseeing international manufacturing operations and managing teams across Australia, Indonesia, and Slovenia. Alongside his business career, Aleksander has maintained a strong commitment to community engagement, sport, and strengthening international relationships between Slovenia and New South Wales. In addition to his role leading Impact International, he is Honorary Consul for the Republic of Slovenia in New South Wales.
