He specialises in automation and control systems, smart industrial integration, and the practical challenges of connecting operations, data, and digital technologies. Ben also serves as Secretary of the Institute of Instrumentation, Control and Automation (IICA), where he is passionate about strengthening industry capability and helping build the professional ecosystem needed for Australia’s connected industrial future.
