Ben McCulloch

Ben McCulloch is the Category Manager for Sustainability at Martogg & Company, where he leads the commercial and product strategy for the company’s recycled resin portfolio. With over a decade of experience in the plastics and recycling industry, Ben brings a strong background in sales, marketing, and market development.
He began his career at Replas, focusing on recycled consumer durable products, before joining Martogg in a similar capacity and progressing into his current leadership role in 2024.
Ben works closely with manufacturers, brand owners, and government stakeholders to drive adoption of recycled materials and is a committed advocate for strengthening Australia’s local recycling and manufacturing capabilities.
