LIVE PODCAST RECORDING | Future-ready, fast: Mastering rapid transformation for sustained competitiveness

In tomorrow’s manufacturing landscape, success won’t be measured by size alone, but by how rapidly a business can adapt and maintain that momentum over the long haul. Traditional levers of cost, time and quality remain foundational—but true competitive advantage lies in executing fast-paced transformation while safeguarding long-term business sustainability.

Join Shane Williams, technology strategist, fractional CIO, and host of the Manufacturing Tech Australia podcast, as he moderates an insightful panel featuring

  • Glen Fry, Founder, E42
  • Grant Belcher, marketing and brand strategist specialising in AI-driven solutions and transformational growth projects for industrial and technology-focused organisations.
  • Sean Emery, Manager, Process Control, Advanced Manufacturing Readiness Facility (AMRF)

Together, they’ll explore how manufacturers can accelerate transformation initiatives, embed organisational agility and position themselves for sustained success amid rapid industrial evolution.
