Justin Farrell is a Melbourne based consulting and sales leader with over 30 years’ experience across industrial automation, machine safety, and digitalisation. He is the National Consulting Manager at Pilz Australia, helping manufacturers and operators achieve regulatory compliance and safer, more resilient operations. Previously, Justin held senior leadership roles at Siemens, leading regional sales, strategy, and market expansion initiatives. He has worked closely with OEMs, integrators, and end users across food and beverage, water, and general manufacturing. Justin holds an Electrical Engineering degree from RMIT and completed executive education at INSEAD, with a leadership style grounded in collaboration, clarity, and results.
