About Kim

Kim is the Head of Delivery & Risk for Supply Chain Programs as part of Operations Strategy & Transformation. For the past 5 years Kim has been accountable for the Delivery of the ADC program across both the Redbank and Kemps Creek sites to deliver Coles Group’s Supply Chain modernisation program.
Prior to joining Coles in 2019, Kim was the Australia & New Zealand Solution Architecture lead for a global consulting organization and provided solution leadership and complex delivery excellence across a dozen countries for clients in multiple industries for 18+ years. Since joining Coles and the Automated DC program as the Delivery Lead, Kim has established new delivery methods to ensure the success of Coles’ largest ever technology investment and developed and developed and instituted the governance measures the program has utilized since commencement. Serving jointly with the Program Director as the ADC program’s governance function, Kim has owned the detailing of Coles’ solution across People, Process & Technology, as well as managing scope, cost and schedule across all delivery phases and program workstreams.

Kim resides in Melbourne with his wife, son and two boisterous dogs.
