About Kim:
Kim Winter is Founder / Group MD of Logistics Executive Group, a specialist global Recruitment, Corporate Advisory, Executive Search, Coaching & Media organisation with offices throughout Australia, Middle East, Africa, Europe and Asia. A New Zealand Citizen, he has formal residence status in the UAE, Hong Kong and Australia. Kim believes in paying it forward and driving change for good, he is Co-Founder / Chairman Oasis Africa Australia, a registered charity organisation that has provided freedom from poverty through education (high school and university scholarships to over 8000 mainly orphaned children from the slums of Nairobi Kenya Africa. A board member of over a dozen companies worldwide, he is an ex professional rugby player and holds MBA and BA degrees (NZ).
Kim will be Master of Ceremonies at the Knowledge Theatre on Wednesday, 26 July – Day 2 of CeMAT Australia 23. He will also offer his expertise on a panel discussion on Recruitment and career building amidst labour shortages and ongoing upheaval, digitisation and automation.
