In this session you will meet the Director of Operations for Australia, Mindy Espidio-Garcia and Innovation Manager, Anna Reid. Mindy and Anna will share how Amazon Australia is delivering customers smiles, though its local investment in people, technology and sustainability, including its newest fulfilment center in Sydney’s west - spanning 200,000sqm, creating more than 1,500 local jobs working alongside advanced robotics.
About Mindy:
Mindy Espidio-Garcia is the Director of Amazon AU Operations, and a seasoned Amazonian previously based in Tampa, Florida, where she managed regional operations for robotic sites. Mindy has been with Amazon for nearly 8 years, starting as an Area Manager in one of Amazon’s first robotic sites, and rotating and being promoted through a number of operation, general manager and CI\innovation roles. Prior to Amazon, Mindy worked with Sterling Jewelers and Bank of America. Mindy graduated from Rutgers Business School in 2014. She is a Certified Diamontologist and she definitely knows her diamonds.
