With 25+ years across design, manufacturing, and commercialisation, he works with businesses navigating the gap between good ideas and scalable operation - whether that's lean, automation, robotics, AI, or just getting the fundamentals right. Paul also co-hosts the Manufacturing Tech Australia podcast - real conversations with manufacturers, technologists, and industry leaders about what's actually working.
