Richard is the lead Partner for the Management Consulting team in Sydney and supply chain solutions nationally. Richard has over 30 years retail industry experience coupled with 7 years in consulting, helping clients improve their businesses. Richard will chair the Knowledge Theatre on Day 1 - 23 July.
Richard is a well-qualified Retail Business Executive with extensive experience in leading global retail brands in the UK, United States and Australia, including Marks & Spencer, The GAP, Woolworths, Topshop and Coles.
Richard has held senior roles across Finance, Strategy, Marketing, Operations, Business Development and General Management, leading the development of profitable business growth across complex multi-site, Omni channel, consumer facing organisations.
Richard brings a highly engaging collaborative approach ensuring that the client’s knowledge and expertise is successfully combined with the external consulting perspective.
