Shawn Sequeira is a Senior Manager in Grant Thornton Australia’s Supply Chain and Operations consulting practice, based in Sydney.
Shawn is an experienced management consultant with a career built on deep, hands on industry foundations before moving into professional services. His background spans supply chain strategy, large scale operational delivery, and end to end project and program leadership across complex environments.

Prior to consulting, Shawn held senior delivery and leadership roles within the supply chain and logistics sector, giving him a strong grounding in how decisions translate from boardroom strategy to live operations. This experience brings a practical, delivery focused perspective to his consulting work, anchored in real world constraints around cost, risk, safety, timing, and integration.

Shawn is known for his calm, collaborative style and an ability to bring diverse stakeholders together around a shared outcome. He works closely with clients to combine their internal expertise with an external consulting lens, helping teams move from intent to execution with clarity and confidence.
